Genius Problem Solver is looking for $150 Mil in startup capital so that we can expand our Technology business and new city development. Genius Problem Solver is located in park city, UT and planned to have at least average monthly sales of Above $10,000,000. Below, I have included some other important details about the funding that we need.
Genius Problem Solver is primarily interested in these funding sources, but will consider all inquiries:
- Equity Funding(Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc)

-Diversity communities ( No discrimination for jobs or residents)
- Growth new populations in new city
- New Laws Making
-Build biggest amusement park
-Build biggest mall
-Build new "Hotel Strip " like Las Vegas but no casino but use other sources to generate revenues.
- Build Biggest Honest Hospital
- Banned Paparazzi,Felon, Sex Offender, and dangerous offender to access new city or resident.
We estimated to revenue over $10.5 billion next 5 year as 2016( if we act fast this year)
Warning - It is not for Government or banking like BOA, Wells Fargo, etc based on mortgage fraud, foreclosures,etc.
New City will be banned to have mortgage fraud, banned foreclosure, Banned HOA, etc. We can use other sources to revenues easier. I figured out already for everything.
we don't need to have them due highly errors system and screw up million people's lives. I don't need to have it for our future new city.
I am going to build best of the best system to keep smooth for long time term.
